59 china apps are banned in India without duration

Once Cam Scanner is already removed from Google play store because of the data leaks…
Same in Tiktok also one case is filed against the Tiktok in Tamil Nadu Madurai high court in judgment of the Case is “Madras HC is asking the central government to ban TikTok and it was ‘encouraging pornography’ and Madras HC has been hearing PILs against TikTok in Tamil Nadu” .

Like same now also happen but not only for TikTok and Cam Scanner there are 59 apps are banned in India without Duration.

The compilation of the data, its mining and profiling by elements hostile to national security and defense of India, which ultimately impinges upon the sovereignty and integrity of India, is a matter of very deep and immediate concern which requires emergency measures,” it said. “There have been raging concerns on aspects relating to data security and safeguarding the privacy of 130 core Indians. It has been noted recently that such concerns also pose a threat to sovereignty and security of our country.
The IT Ministry’s statement of June 29 on banning of 59 mobile apps had cited numerous complaints received from various sources, including several reports about misuse of some mobile apps available on Android and iOS platforms for “stealing and surreptitiously transmitting users’ data in an unauthorized manner to servers which have locations outside India”.
The IT ministry had invoked its power under section 69A of the IT Act and rules to block the 59 apps in view of information available that they were “engaged in activities which are prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defense of India, security of state, and public order.”
What is Section 69A in The Information Technology Act?
In this section of Information Technology Act for friendly relations with foreign States or public order or for preventing incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence. Recorded in writing, by order, direct any agency of the Government or intermediary to block for access by the public or cause to be blocked for access by the public any information generated, transmitted, received, stored or hosted in any computer resource.
The procedure and safeguards subject to which such blocking for access
The intermediary who fails to comply with the direction shall be punished with an imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years and shall also be liable to fine.
